Laura is a certified nurse midwife who has been catching babies since 2003. Prior to becoming a midwife she was a labor and delivery nurse for 13 years.
Laura is a certified nurse midwife who has been catching babies since 2003. She has worked in home, birth center, and hospital settings. Prior to becoming a midwife she was a labor and delivery nurse for 13 years. She strives to help enable women to make informed birth choices and actively participate in their care. Laura believes the philosophy of midwifery care that respects and assists women during their lifespan. She is also a board certified lactation consultant.

Laura is the mother of two wonderful teenaged girls. She and her husband love to spend weekends on their motorcycles and she is an avid reader. She is also a member of the American College of Nurse Midwives and has served on the Florida Council of Licensed Midwifery.
